The Power of the Animation
Finally, I get to watch an animated film in film studies. I was so excited about it because animation is one of the most important things in my life. I started watching animation since I was 3 or 4 years old, and I guess the first animation I watched is the Toy Story. And I really want to say that the animation is really helpful for setting up some of the life values, especially for kids. Animation films like Toy Story, Lion King, Find Nemo, etc . are all sharing the same values of friendship, family, love, and justice. However, a lot of people might be questioning: "Why are you watching animation? Is that supposed to be for kids"? I always get those questions from many people. Still, I really want to argue that animation is definitely not only for kids, and Persepolis is just a perfect example of this.
